Liked the location - convenient with different stations around. We enjoyed exploring Akihabara area. Room layout was good. Staff were so lovely and helpful, they helped arrange our luggage delivery to Kyoto.

Stylish, well located hotel with super helpful reception staff.

Loved the overall vibe of the hotel. Good bar, great pizza, welcome drink and stylish rooms with very comfortable beds. The location was also excellent, only a 5 minute walk to Akihabara station which is on the JR Yamanote Line, and 800 metres from Ochanomizu Station which is on the Chuo line with a fast service to Shinjuku. There is also a tiny but very popular Ramen restaurant immediately opposite the hotel which ALWAYS has a queue outside. The room was perfectly quiet, I think due to a combination of good soundproofing and being on a quiet road away from the bustle. But the best thing was the reception staff. They were absolutely excellent. So helpful.

Our room (double) was pretty small, but I'd say well designed. I noticed comments about the lack of a wardrobe and dresser in earlier reviews, which is true. There was however a good sized hanging rail/area in the room, and shelving in the area underneath the washbasin (which is separate from the toilet/shower area.). We always take packing cubes with us so managed pretty well with what we had. There were only 4 coat hangers supplied though, which seems to be the norm in Japan, so I'd recommend taking some wire hangers with you. They're pretty light, don't take up much room and can be left behind at the end of the trip.

The room’s size (21sqm). There is no place to put the luggage or the clothes. It feels really small.

Great boutique hotel with style and comfort

Very nice boutique hotel on a quiet street away from the hustle of Akhibara. We had a superior double room with shower, the size was ok. Nice amenities and great quality materials across the room (towels, bedding, all very good). We had breakfast on the first morning and it was good, continental but not quite continental. Very nice staff and thoughtful touches like a useful guide to the neighborhood, staff recommendations for restaurants, etc. Good pizza in the restaurant which we enjoyed on the nice terrace, tucked away from the wind but with moody views on the also awesome whole-in-the-wall Ramen place on the opposite street side. We would stay here again, even though we're not in the Akhibara subculture.

It would be great if espresso drinks were available for breakfast and if the freshly made bread would be served a bit quicker (and maybe more plentiful). The drip coffee was very good though.

Whilst the rooms are a touch small they are compact and the bar, dinner and location are sone of the best we had in the

Hotel has a great vibe, bar and dinner were very good. Staff were always trying to be helpful.

Breakfast has a great assortment and the pizza bread a nice touch. Location of hot food is directly under a air con vent so bacon, eggs and sausages were always cold.
